Our qualified and professional Lash specialists will guide and assist you in selecting the ideal lashes based on your personal preferences.

Please allow us 90 minutes for classic set and 90-120 minutes for Hybrid and volume extensions as we are meticulous in the lash application to ensure exact symmetry with every applied lash and to maintain the quality of our service.

Extension selections

Natural Classic

The natural classic eyelash extension set is ideal for you if you want a set of eyelash extensions that will make your eyes shine out without making them look dark and heavy.

It is most suitable for clients who already have a lot of natural lashes and just want to lengthen them. Accentuates your natural lashes by adding length and slight volume, giving you a subtle yet elegant look.

Classic extensions are the perfect starting point for first-time wearers of eyelash extensions.They are applied on a 1:1 ratio, which means one extension on one natural lash. This gives your eyes a soft natural look without feeling overdone.

Glamorous Hybrid

Hybrid Lash sets are combination of both Classic and 3D Volume lashes that create fuller lash line.

A medium volume set gives you slightly fuller and fluffier appearance that is more noticeable than the Classic set but not as full as a Volume set of lashes.

Hybrid set a great way for individuals with sparse lashes and want to add volume and length and looking for sets that are in between Natural classic and Dramatic Volume sets.

Dramatic Volume

Volume Lash Extensions are more innovative technique where multiple extensions are attached to one natural lash to give more dimension and texture.

This is thickest and fullest option in lash treatments achieving a dramatic and elegant look.

The lashes range in thickness from 3D-8D that suitable for clients who desire an extra fluffy look with great coverage and darkness.

Art of Brow & Lash Refills

A refill is highly recommended every 2-3 weeks from your last appointment to keep your lashes in beautiful condition. As natural lashes have a growth cycle of 60-90 days so lashes will not remain the same after 2-3 weeks. It is common for several lashes to fall out each day. That happens because different lashes are always at different stages of the lifecycle. 

 

  • If your refill appointment is further than 4 weeks from your last appointment you will require a new set.

  • Refills are only to be used once between sets for the best results.

  • We unfortunately do not accept infills from other salons due to differences in quality of product and application.

BEFORE

your Lash Extension appointment

  • If possible, please don’t wear eye make-up or mascara before your session or remove them with an oil-free cleanser before your appointment.

  • Avoid Using Oil-Based Products On and Around the Eyes prior to your appointment.

  • Please do not drink any caffeine up to 4 hours before your appointment. Drinking caffeine prior to your appointment will make your eyes twitch 

  • Please avoid using an eyelash curler on your lashes on the day of your appointment,

  •  If you have previously received an eyelash lift treatment, It's best that you wait 4-5 weeks so that the lashes are smooth enough to allow for correct bonding.

  • Remove contact lenses before appointment

AFTERCARE

for Eyelash Extensions

  • DO NOT touch the lashes within 8 hours

  • DO NOT wash your eye, avoid steam and sweat for the next 24 hours after lash application.

  • DO NOT use oil-based product around or on the eyes and Do not use waterproof mascara. Cleanse with only water-based makeup remover.

  • DO NOT use an eyelash curler.

  • DO NOT rub,pick or pull

  • Clean with eyelash foam cleanser every 2-3 days

  • Recommend sleeping on your back in order to protect your eyelash extensions from getting tugged at or pulled off in your sleep.

  • Highly recommended to schedule touch-up every 2-3 weeks.

CONTRAINDICATIONS for Eyelash Extensions

We would not be able to do lash extension services if:

  • You have had a past allergic reaction to lash extensions.

  • You have a reaction to one of the key ingredients in lash extension adhesive like Cyanoacrylates, propylene glycol , latex, or sodium hydroxide

  • You had an allergic reaction for any products used during the treatment, such as Lash under eye gel pads and lash tape.

  • You have any signs of eye inflammation, eye infection or a stye

  • If you had recent eye surgery or chemotherapy within the last 6 months (a written medical letter/clearance) from your doctor is highly required.

  • You had a recent permanent or semi-permanent make up in the eye area.

  • You have a hypersensitive skin.

  • You have Cuts or open wounds in the area.

  • You have Herpes or Epilepsy

Important Notes:

  • A patch test is required for pregnant (who has passed the first trimester), and for the clients who have not tried eyelash extension treatment, at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Clients below the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult who has the legal authority to give consent.

A patch test is a free, safe, and only few minute appointment where a lash technician either applies two lashes to each eye or apply a small amount of lash adhesive behind client’s ear .
